Question:453 Mr. Yates asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry when payment which is being made through his Department for the sale of a ewe quota will be issued to a person (details supplied) in County Wexford in view of the fact that the sale was completed some time ago and the money forwarded by the vendor to his Department in 1993.
