512 Mr. J. Bruton asked the Minister for Equality and Law Reform if he will consider placing the family mediation service on a statutory basis in view of the judgment of Mr. Justice Keane in regard to the non-statutory operation of the scheme for secretarial assistants for Deputies and Senators.
