Question:94 Mr. E. O'Keeffe asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry the reason for the further delay incurred in issuing a Section 12 Consent in respect of a sub-division for a person (details supplied) in County Cork.

Exchange proceedings in this case are now completed. The necessary documentation will be lodged in the Land Registry in the coming week and will receive a schedule number. Sub-division consent can then be granted subject to schedule number assigned.
