87 Mr. Yates asked the Minister for Finance when a house transfer will be approved for persons (details supplied) in County Wexford by the Revenue Commissioners in view of the fact that all the data has been submitted by their solicitor; and if he will expedite this matter.
I have been advised by the Revenue Commissioners that an assessment of stamp duty was issued to the solicitors on 25 January 1994. On receipt of the relevant payment, the deed will be duly stamped and returned to the solicitors.
88 Mr. Yates asked the Minister for Finance when a transfer for persons (details supplied) in County Wexford, currently with the Revenue Commissioners Stamp Adjudication Office, will be approved; and if he will expedite approval.
