Question:101 Mr. Creed asked the Minister for Justice if she will expedite a dealing in the Land Registry office (details supplied).

I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that this is an application for a Vesting Certificate and a Transfer of Part which was lodged in the Land Registry on 26 January 1993.
A number of queries were raised on the application on 25 June, 1993. A reply was received from the applicants' solicitors on 20 January 1994 but the information given was insufficient and it was found necessary to raise futher queries in the matter. A letter to that effect was issued by the Examiner of Titles to the applicant's solicitors on 28 January 1994. The completion of the dealing is dependent on the response to the queries.
