133 Mr. Collins asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry the reason departmental approval has not been given for transfer of milk quota from a person (details supplied) in County Limerick to a person (details supplied) in County Limerick.

My Department has completed its examination of this matter and the co-operatives involved have been notified that the transfer is in order.
