The Global Grant for Local Development provided by the European Union is administered by Area Development Management (ADM) Ltd., an independent intermediary company established under the Companies Acts.
I have no involvement in the allocation of global grant funding by ADM Ltd. This is entirely a matter for ADM Ltd. within the guidelines agreed with the European Commission.
