Question:44 Mr. J. Higgins asked the Minister for Finance the reason for the delay in finalising an application in respect of stamp adjudication of a folio for a person (details supplied) in County Mayo.
Written Answers. - Stamp Duty Assessment.
I have been advised by the Revenue Commissioners that on examination of his case, queries were found necessary. A satisfactory reply has been received. An assessment of stamp duty was issued to the solicitors on 2 March. On receipt of the relevant payment, the deed will be duly stamped and returned to the solicitors.
