Question:96 Mr. Bell asked the Minister for Finance if he will issue a VAT registration number to a company (details supplied) in County Louth in the interests of job creation in Drogheda, County Louth.

The application for registration for Value-Added Tax for the company in question was received in the Taxes Central Registration Office on 2 March 1994. Following the necessary verification procedure, the application was found to be in order and the company and its agents were notified of the VAT registration number on 11 March, 1994.
