85 Mr. Durkan asked the Minister for Enterprise and Employment the number and names of public relations firms which have obtained Government contracts in the past 15 months; the value of such contracts; the terms of reference; the reason for such contracts; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

One public relations firm, Setanta Communications Limited, was engaged by my Department within the past 15 months. The value of the contract was £22,845. The terms of reference reflected the purpose for which the contract was awarded i.e. the preparation of central promotional material for county enterprise boards.
