111 Mr. Yates asked the Minister for the Environment if the financial accounts of the Custom House Docks Development Authority are available for public inspection; if so, where can they be obtained; and if not, the reason thereof.
In accordance with section 18 of the Urban Renewal Act, 1986, audited accounts of the Custom House Docks Development Authority are laid before both Houses of the Oireachtas. Copies of the Annual Report and Accounts of the Authority for years up to and including 1992 are available in the Oireachtas Library and have also been distributed to all main public libraries. The report and accounts for 1993 are in preparation.
