142 Mr. N. Ahern asked the Minister for Health if he will give a report to Deputy Noel Ahern regarding a person (details supplied) in Dublin 11 who has been pursuing her case with his office for many years in relation to injuries received in the year 1988 while undergoing treatment in a Dublin hospital.
I understand from the hospital authorities that they are in contact with the individual concerned with a view to arranging a meeting to discuss any aspects of the treatment that require clarification. I have asked the hospital authorities to let me know the outcome of the meeting and I will communicate further with the Deputy when I have the information.
