Question:41 Mr. Creed asked the Minister for Justice when an application by a person (details supplied) in County Cork for a dealing number will be processed in the Land Registry offices.
Written Answers. - Dealing Number Allocation.
I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that applications relating to the folio referred to by the Deputy were lodged in the Land Registry on 25 April 1994 by one applicant and on 27 April 1994 by two other applicants. I am also informed that dealing numbers have been allocated in both cases and that the applicants' solicitors have been so informed.
