Vol. 442 No. 7

Adjournment Debate Matters.

I wish to advise the House of the following matters in respect of which notice has been given to me under Standing Order 20 and the name of the Member in each case: Deputy Allen — the urgent need for an extension to the Cork School of Music, which was sanctioned in 1978, in view of the fact that the development of music courses has been hampered and present activities have to be carried out at a number of locations due to lack of space; Deputy Matt Brennan — the delay in appointing a replacement forestry inspector to the forest service office in Sligo following the retirement of the previous inspector, resulting in the non-payment and processing of forestry payments and grants.

Both matters raised are considered to be in order and have been selected accordingly.
