Question:18 Mr. J. Mitchell asked the Minister for Justice if Land Registry records can shed any light on the ownership of a vacant site at the side of a house (details supplied) in Dublin 7; and, if so, if she will give details of it.

I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that the information requested by the Deputy is recorded in the Land Registry records and can be made available upon payment of the appropriate fee as provided for in the Land Registration (Fees) Order, 1991. The level of fee would depend on whether or not sealed and certified copies of any folio or other instruments or documents are required by the applicant.
