Question:24 Éamon Ó Cuív asked the Minister for Justice when folios requested by a person (details supplied) will be provided.
Ceisteanna—Questions. Written Answers. - Land Registration.
I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that the position in respect of the first two folios referred to by the Deputy is as follows: copy folio with map in respect of folio 53085 will issue this week; and an application on folio 56265 has been forwarded to the mapping branch of the Land Registry and will be completed as soon as possible.
The Land Registry has been unable to trace any applications pending in respect of the other two folios mentioned. If the Deputy could recheck the information supplied to him or if he would supply me with dealing numbers I will be happy to have the matter re-examined.
