Question:111 Mr. Yates asked the Minister for Education if she will intervene to ensure the immediate adjudication of eligibility for higher education grant assistance for students attending a legal course (details supplied); her views on whether it is fair that many students attending this course have already been paid grants while others cannot get a decision from their local authority or her Department; if she will rectify this anomaly without further delay in view of her previous promise to reply to Deputy Ivan Yates on this matter; and if she will ensure that decisions in this regard are made within the next week.
