Bill entitled an Act to make provision in relation to the granting of bail, to provide for formal interrogation of persons accused or suspected of serious offences, to make provision for persons suffering from mental illness who are accused of offences, to amend the law relating to pardons, remissions and commutation of punishment and the law relating to infanticide and the law relating to criminal procedure and evidence and to provide for related matters.
