115 Mr. Hogan asked the Minister for Transport, Energy and Communications if a company (details supplied) is operating on frequencies that have not been approved by his Department in the Waterford area; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
The company which is the legal licensee for MMDS and cable in the Waterford area has been allocated frequencies for both of those activities which it uses for the retransmission of television signals. I am assured that the company is operating within the terms of its licences.
