50 Mr. G. Mitchell asked the Minister for Justice if she will ensure that the proposed reorganisation of the Land Registry office does not result in this service being moved out of Dublin; and if the service will continue to be located in Dublin.

The position with regard to the transfer of certain operations of the Land Registry to Waterford was outlined in my reply to Question No. 33 on 15 June 1994. I have no plans, at present, to transfer other operations of the Land Registry outside Dublin.
