Question:

57 Mr. R. Bruton asked the Minister for the Environment if he will give details of the cost of providing halting sites for travellers in counties Dublin, Wicklow, Meath and Kildare; and the way in which this cost is made up, itemising land acquisition and the cost of providing water and drainage, roadways and other such facilities.

Details of the cost of halting sites provided in counties Dublin, Meath and Kildare are set out below. No permanent halting sites have been provided by Wicklow County Council.
