89 Mr. McGinley asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry if an application for the permanent transfer of premium rights (details supplied) has been received in his Department; if so, when the application was received; if it is being processed; and the up-to-date position regarding the transfer.

The application to permanently transfer 54 ewe premium rights from the first person named to the second person named was received on 14 January 1994 and is being processed at present. The solicitor who submitted the application will be informed of the outcome within the next two weeks.
