234 Mr. Gregory asked the Minister for the Environment arising from his reply to Parliamentary Question Number 67 of 28 June 1994, the proposals, if any, he has received from Dublin Corporation regarding a squatting problem (details supplied); and his response to that proposal. [268/94]

I understand that Dublin Corporation are further assessing the effectiveness of existing procedures to deal with the problem of squatting in their dwellings. When the outcome of this is available I will consider what further action on my part may be appropriate.
