Vol. 445 No. 6

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers.

On a point of order——

Unusual at this time, Deputy.

It is, Sir, but it is unusual that the Taoiseach should transfer all questions relating to the beef tribunal——

That matter does not arise now. Let us proceed with questions.

Is there any remedy open to the House to deal with the fact that the Taoiseach has transferred all questions to other Ministers?

If the Deputy feels strongly about the matter, he might refer it to the Committee on Procedure and Privileges.

I give notice of my intention to do that as I cannot see how other Ministers can answer for the Taoiseach in terms of his own involvement.

That is quite adequate.
