464 Mr. Gregory asked the Minister for Education, arising from her reply to Parliamentary Question No. 155 of the 30 June 1994, if the review of the staffing position in the Rutland Street pre-school project has been completed; if an additional assistant has been provided; and if the need for a school caretaker has been considered. [305/94]
The review of staffing in the Rutland Street pre-school has now been completed. As a result of this review, my Department has sanctioned the appointment of an additional child care assistant to the pre-school. No application has been received in my Department from the board of management of this project for the appointment of a caretaker. In the event of such an application being received, it will be considered in the light of available resources.
