252 Miss Harney asked the Minister for Education if she will review the application of a person (details supplied) in Dublin 12 in view of the circumstances and the change in the qualifying conditions for grant-aiding students. [1124/94]
South Dublin County Council is the body statutorily entrusted with the administration of the grants scheme in this case.
I understand from that authority that the student in question is ineligible for a higher education grant on the basis of not satisfying the academic requirements set down in the 1992 higher education grants scheme.
