Vol. 446 No. 3

Written Answers. - Citizenship Applications.

John Bruton

Question:

177 Mr. J. Bruton asked the Minister for Justice the way in which her Department established that a residence had been purchased by applicants for citizenship (details supplied) if the Department did not have the applicants' full address. [2178/94]

The full address of the applicants was supplied to my Department in the course of the processing of the applications. Through a clerical error in my Department, the full details of the address were omitted from the material submitted for publication in Iris Oifigiúil. I have accordingly asked my Department to arrange for the details of the issue of certificates of naturalisation to be published again.
