Question:

215 Mr. Durkan asked the Minister for Defence the number of flights to the US requisitioned by the Government excluding scheduled air flights in the past two months; the flight plan filed prior to take-off in each case; the destination, the number of persons on board, their status, the cost of the flight; and if he will make a statement on the matter. There were three flights in total involving the Taoiseach, Tánaiste and Minister for Foreign Affairs and the Minister for Social Welfare. A disproportionate amount of time and work would be involved in the compilation of the detailed information sought in this question.
