238 Mr. Creed asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry if his Department has received a request from a person (details supplied) in County Cork to issue duplicate cheques for 1993 and 1994 payments of cattle headage, premium and extensification grants; and if he will comply with this request. [2076/94]
In July and August 1994, my Department reissued cheques to the person named for the advance of the 1993 cattle headage grant, the advance of the 1993 suckler cow premium and the 1993 sheep headage grant as the original cheques were not cashed within the required six months of issue. All other cheques issued to the person named for the 1993 and 1994 headage and premia schemes were cashed.
