118 Mr. Yates asked the Minister for Finance when a tax free allowance and PRSI number will issue to a person (details supplied) in County Wexford to enable her tax affairs on her present FÁS scheme be sorted out so that she has the proper take-home pay. [2080/94]

I am advised by the Revenue Commissioners that in order to determine her tax-free allowances a questionnaire issued to the taxpayer on 18 October 1994. On receipt of a reply a certificate of tax-free allowances will issue to her.
