I published, in May of this year, a full account of the progress made on the implementation of the Government decisions arising from the Culliton-Moriarty reports. This indicated that considerable progress was made in all of the major policy areas in the first year of implementation. My Department is continuing to monitor the implementation process and I expect to publish a further progress report during 1995.
