Question:144 Miss Quill asked the Minister for the Environment when his Department will approve phase 2D of the railway yard scheme which comprises the laying of a new 1050 mm pipe to replace the existing culvert from Lower Glanmire Road throught the railway yard at Horgans Quay; if his attention has been drawn to the fact that this project has been made urgent because of recent proposals for the development of that Quay; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
