Vol. 446 No. 6

Written Answers. - Grant Payment.

Michael Lowry

Question:

160 Mr. Lowry asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry the current position regarding an application made to his Department in November 1993, for ten month beef premium in respect of 68 bullocks for a person (details supplied) in County Tipperary. [2629/94]

The person named applied for premium on 21 animals under the 22 months special beef premium scheme in November 1993 and was paid full premium of £1,107.33 in respect of these cattle on 10 May 1994.

He also applied for premium on 68 animals under the ten months special beef premium scheme in November 1993. This application is being processed and I have arranged for any payment due to be made as soon as possible.
