195 Mr. Gregory asked the Minister for Education if she will review the request of a person (details supplied) in Dublin 15 for a full maintenance grant in respect of third level studies in view of this person's insistence that she was resident in County Kerry in October 1992, at the time of her application which was inadvertently made to Dublin Corporation instead of Kerry County Council. I understand from Dublin Corporation that the adjacent rate of grant was awarded to this candidate on the basis of information supplied by the applicant herself to the effect that she was resident in its administrative area on 1 October, 1992. I would refer the Deputy to Dublin Corporation for any further information he may require.
