129 Mr. G. Mitchell asked the Minister for Justice if she will have arrangements made for a report from the Attorney General on the workings of the Extradition Acts to be presented to Dáil Éireann; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [2640/94]
Work is in progress on the preparation of the annual report to be made by the Government to each House of the Oireachtas, not later than 31 December, on the operation in the preceding year of Part III of the Extradition Act, 1965 as required by section 6 of the Extradition (Amendment) Act, 1987 as amended by section 15 of the Extradition (Amendment) Act, 1994. This will be laid before both Houses of the Oireachtas as soon as possible.
