241 Mr. Ellis asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry if a person (details supplied) in County Leitrim is eligible for installation aid; and if so, if this can be paid as promised in Parliamentary Question No. 223 of 25 October 1994. [3252/94]

The applicant has now been deemed eligible for installation aid. We have now made arrangements to inspect the up-to-date land cert/folio for the lands in question. If everything is found to be in order I expect that payment will issue within 2 to 3 weeks.
