Ceisteanna—Questions. Written Answers. - EU Directive.

Trevor Sargent

Question:

261 Mr. Sargent asked the Minister for Transport, Energy and Communications if EU Directive 80/51/EEC has been transposed into Irish law; if so, when this took place and the name of the Act or statutory instrument giving effect to it; and if not, the plans, if any, he has for this Directive to be transposed. [3062/94]

EU Directive 80/51/EEC (as amended by Directive 83/206/EEC of 21 April 1983) was transposed into Irish law on 20 January 1984 by Statutory Instrument Number 16 of 1984 entitled European Communities (Registration of Aeroplanes) Regulations 1984.
