I propose to take Questions Nos. 275 to 278, inclusive, together.

EU Directive 79/409 was transposed into Irish law on 6 December 1985 by means of Statutory Instrument No. 397 of 1985.

EU Regulation 348/81/EEC was transposed into Irish law on 1 February 1982 by means of Statutory Instrument No. 7 of 1982.

EU Regulation 3626/82 has not been transposed into Irish law. I have considered this matter but as discussions are at present taking place about the amendment of the Regulation, I propose to await the outcome of these discussions before finalising the question of its transposition into Irish law.

EU Directive 83/129 EEC was transposed into Irish law on 1 October 1983 by means of Statutory Instrument No. 274 of 1983.
