I understand that the following criteria were used for shortlisting candidates for interview for the post in question.
1. The attainment of the minimum leaving certificate grades specified for the post.
2. Relevant post-leaving certificate courses pursued and qualifications achieved.
3. Secretarial skills.
4. Computer literacy/competence/ experience.
5. Direct relevant work experience.
