120 Mr. Creed asked the Minister for Justice if she will have arrangements made for the Land Registry to issue a certified copy of a land registry instrument to a solicitor (details supplied) in County Cork which was applied for in May 1994. [3106/94]
I am informed by the Register of Titles that the original Instrument referred to appears to have been misfiled and, consequently, as of this date, it is not possible for the Land Registry to issue the certified copy sought by the solicitor. Search procedures to locate the instrument are in progress in the Land Registry. I have requested the Registrar of Titles to keep me informed of the progress of the search to locate the Instrument and I will inform the Deputy of the outcome very shortly.
