All the directives referred to have been transposed into Irish law. The details of the implementing measures in each case are set out in the following schedules.

¹ S.I. No. 107 of 1984 was revoked by the European Communities (Waste Oils) Regulations, 1992 (S.I. No. 399 of 1992) which gives effect to Council Directive 87/101/EEC amending Council Directive No. 75/439/EEC on the disposal of waste oil.

² S.I. No. 248 of 1988 was revoked (with a 6-month transition period) by the European Communities (Transfrontier Shipment of Waste) Regulations, 1994 (S.I. No. 121 of 1994) which gives effect to Council Regulation 259/93 on the supervision and control of shipments of waste within, into and out of the European Community.
