Question:

200 Mr. Sargent asked the Minister for the Environment his views on whether an industrial waste incinerator is as objectionable for reasons of health and economic costs as is a hazardous waste incinerator. [3355/94]

All waste incineration activities are licensable in Ireland on the basis of legislative provisions and standards designed to protect human health and the environment.
