3 Mr. S. Kenny asked the Minister for Justice if an inquiry has been held into the disappearance of a person (details supplied) in Dublin 13 who was reported last seen on the B & I vessel Inishmore travelling from Rosslare to Pembroke at 10.30 p.m. on 19 September 1994, by members of the crew. I am informed by the Garda authorities that the disappearance of the person in question is currently under investigation by the Garda.
