Select Committee on Legislation and Security of Dáil Éireann (Privilege and Immunity) Act, 1994: Motion.

The Taoiseach

I move:

That Dáil Éireann resolves that the Select Committee on Legislation and Security of Dáil Éireann (Privilege and Immunity) Act, 1994, shall come into operation on the 15th day of December, 1994, pursuant to Section 5 (2) of the said Act.
