140 Mr. Nealon asked the Minister for the Environment when he will announce the findings of the public inquiry into the Curlew Mountains by-pass on the N4 road in Roscommon and Sligo; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [1530/95]

I will give my decision on the application for approval to the proposed N4 Curlew Mountains road project, and for confirmation of two associated compulsory purchase orders as soon as possible.
