202 Mr. M. Brennan asked the Minister for Justice when a permanent District Judge will be appointed to the District Court area of Sligo, District Number 2, to fill the vacancy created by the retirement of the permanent District Judge in June 1994. [3922/94]

The vacancy for a Judge of the District Court in District No. 2 was filled on 5 December 1994 by the assignment by the Government of Judge Oliver McGuinness to the District with effect from that date.
