Question:219 Mr. Creed asked the Minister for Justice if she will expedite the issuing of an instrument to Cork County Council on a dealing (details supplied) as a matter of urgency. [1426/95]
Written Answers. - Land Registry Dealing.
I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that no application has been received in the Land Registry in respect of a copy of Instrument No. 3511/37.
However I am further informed that the solicitors acting in this case have now indicated that the instrument number under query is 14144/37. While no application was received in respect of instrument No. 14144/37 in August, 1994, I am informed that requests for the inspection of the instrument were made on 13 and 18 January 1995. The instrument is available for inspection in the Land Registry offices in Chancery Street.
