Written Answers. - Presidency of the European Union.

Noel Davern

Question:

61 Mr. Davern asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Foreign Affairs if any outside consultancy will be engaged in preparation for the Presidency of the European Union. [1396/95]

There are no plans at present to commission outside consultancies in preparation for Ireland's Presidency of the European Union in 1996. Planning for the Presidency is being co-ordinated by my Department in co-operation with all other Departments which will be involved in the Presidency.
