Question:80 Mr. McGrath asked the Minister for Finance when a VAT refund will be made to a person (details supplied) in County Westmeath; and the reason for the delay in making the repayment. [1561/95]
Written Answers. - VAT Refund.
I am informed by the Revenue Commissioners that the claim in question was received by them on 22 November 1994 and a cheque in the amount of £3,035.76 was issued on 10 January last. The commissioners are satisfied that there was no undue delay in processing the claim or making the repayment.
