Vol. 447 No. 11

Written Answers. - Conviction of Gillie.

Pat Upton

Question:

107 Dr. Upton asked the Minister for Arts, Culture and the Gaeltacht if his attention has been drawn to the court conviction of a gillie and tourist shooting party in Tralee, County Kerry, for trespass; if his attention has been further drawn to the previous court record of the gillie in question; and the action, if any, he intends to take in this matter. [1017/95]

As I have no specific function under the Wildlife Act, 1976, in relation to the employment of gillies, the Deputy will understand that the question of action by me does not arise.
